Open Source integration and enhancements

Open source software can be a great way for a small business to gain access to capabilities without a huge capital investment in purchasing software licenses. Unfortunately, while open source software is "free" in the sense of it's availability, it is seldom "free" in terms of the effort and cost of integration and implementation of any needed customization.
