| Question: |
Thoroughly
inappropriate and usually useless response: |
| I am interested in the neXpect Transender,
but I would like to hang on to the Transender v1.0.28
until I feel comfortable with the new product. Can they
happily coexist on the same machine? |
Yes they can. There is one trick you need
to do to make that work. Install the beta version to
a different directory (this happens by default, so don't
force them into the same directory.) Then either temporarily
disable the transender in 1.0.28, or configure the hot-key
in beta2.0.0 to something different than ctrl-alt-n
|
| Why are some of the options grayed out? |
There are a number of options that are still being
debugged, or we are delaying testing to avoid being
overwhelmed with support questions.
We'll let you know when it will be appropriate to
report options that seem like they should be available
but aren't.
Since we know that there are bugs in some of these
we would rather save you the effort of reporting them
and us responding to the reports...

| Can I use EccoHelpers at the same time
as TranSender 2.0 |
Yes, but you must disable or reconfigure
the old TranSender. (or reconfigure the beta version...) |
| Can I continue to use the TranSender in
EccoHelpers. |
Only if you set up the hot-key so that
it doesn't conflict with the hot-key in the beta version. |
